Welcome to the Primary Medical Care website! Primary Medical Care specializes in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. We accept new patients between the ages of 6 and Medicare age. Click on the relevant links for more information about us.
Our normal hours of operation are Mondays to Fridays from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. We are currently open one Saturday per month.
Primary Medical Care is currently contracted with the following insurance companies. Please check your insurance carrier for any specific questions regarding your coverage (copays, deductibles, preventative maximums or frequency, procedures, etc.)

- Wellpath (We DO NOT participate with Wellpath Duke Select)
We DO NOT accept Medicare or Medicaid, or new patients who are self-pay. We DO NOT participate with Worker's Compensation or Auto Insurance (3rd party billing).
